This Competition Sencha is an exceptional green tea, made from the very first spring harvests in Kagoshima, using the Yabukita cultivar. Carefully crafted for Japanese tea competitions, it is produced in extremely limited quantities — often less than 15–20 kg — with meticulous attention to detail from hand-picking to final processing.
It stands out with its rich and refined aroma, featuring floral and delicate notes and a silky texture. On the palate, it unfolds slowly with remarkable harmony.
