What is a Sencha?
Sencha (煎茶) is the most widely cultivated green tea in Japan, and also the most popular, even in the West. Its sun-grown leaves are unique in that they are rolled into needles. Our Sencha are carefully selected for their high quality and unique flavor balance, each one unique to them.
