Delivery in Switzerland:

We deliver everywhere in Switzerland via the company DPD. Shipping costs are free for all orders worth CHF 50 or more. For purchases below this amount, a fee of CHF 8.90 applies.

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. DPD then takes 1 to 2 days. It therefore generally takes 1 to 4 days.

Delivery in Europe:

We deliver to all European countries. The minimum order amount is CHF 50 and the contribution to shipping costs is CHF 20, regardless of the volume of the order. We do our best to send your order as quickly as possible. The Post Office then generally takes between 5 and 10 days to deliver to you. Additional delays may occur when going through customs. VAT and customs charges may be required by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery to North America:

We also ship to the United States and Canada. The minimum order amount is CHF 50 and the contribution to shipping costs is CHF 27, regardless of the volume of the order. We do our best to send your order as quickly as possible. The Post Office then generally takes between 8 and 15 days to deliver to you. Additional delays may occur when going through customs. VAT and customs charges may be required by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery to the rest of the world:

At the moment, we are unable to supply other countries outside Switzerland, Europe and North America.
