What is tea? How is it produced? How to prepare it correctly? What is the difference between tea families? How do you serve tea?

So many questions that we address during our various tea courses.

The courses are primarily in French. On request, we can offer them in English, German or Italian.

Courses organized on request:

Introduction to tea

Definition, preparation, beneficial aspects and tasting of the major families of teas.
First evening: Introduction, brief history, definition of the major tea families, Black Tea, Puh-Êhr Tea.
Second evening: Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Chinese Kung Fu Cha tea ceremony.
Two evenings from 7:00 p.m. to approximately 9:00 p.m. Serve tea (on one or two sessions)

Classes are generally given in our store in Gland.

Price: on request with a minimum of 10 people.

We also give presentations and tastings on request and tailor-made, available in four languages French, German, English and Italian.
