1. Object

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter: CGV) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales offered by T Fine Tea Trading Company SA, having its headquarters at Route de Begnins 6, 1196 Gland, Switzerland, company identification number is: IDE: CHE-104.468.147 (hereinafter the T).

The T is a registered limited company, it is governed by Swiss law.

2. Orders

2.1. General principle

Any order from the online electronic store le T (action being hereinafter called purchase) constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the buyer.

2.2. Confirmation

Any purchase made successfully is subject to a confirmation message on the site and an email confirming the purchase.

The sales contract is deemed concluded at the time of confirmation of the purchase.

2.3. Buyer's obligation

The buyer agrees to provide valid contact details when ordering and to pay the requested price.

2.4. Delivery time.

Delivery is made as quickly as possible depending on the means and products available to the T. The delivery time is a maximum of 30 days, unless previously agreed with the buyer.

2.5. Right to retract

The order of an item from the le T electronic store can be contested by the buyer during a withdrawal period of 7 days, from the conclusion of the sales contract. This dispute must be made in writing (fax, email or post) and its receipt must be confirmed by the T. If the goods have already been delivered to the buyer, he must return them at his own expense to the address mentioned under the point 1 of these general conditions of sale.

2.6. Price

For buyers domiciled in Switzerland, prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included.

The prices indicated do not take into account shipping costs, which are charged extra and vary depending on the weight, size, destination and urgency of the package.

Customs fees and local taxes, if applicable, are invoiced directly by the carrier to the buyer and are not included in our prices. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

2.7. Payment terms

For orders from the T electronic store, payment is possible by:

• bank transfer

2.8. Guarantee

If the product turns out to be defective or does not conform to its description, the buyer benefits from a two-year warranty.

3. Data protection

Subject to the contrary provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, the T recognizes the confidentiality of the information that the buyer communicates to it when ordering and undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties.

The buyer has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him. To exercise these rights, the user must contact the T, providing proof of their identity.

4. Confidentiality

The T does not have access to confidential information relating to the means of payment. The information entered is transmitted securely directly to the entity managing payments without the T or third parties being able to access it.

5. Modifications to the General Conditions of Sale

The T may modify these General Terms and Conditions. Le T will inform buyers of modifications made to the le-t.com site. The version in force at the time of the order is binding on the contractual relationship between the buyer and the T.

6. Applicable law and legal forum

In the event of a dispute, the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase are used as the legal basis. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, in particular by articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.

The legal venue is Gland, Switzerland.
