Ingredients for 4 persons:
4 chicken breasts
4 large carrots
2 cases. Babushka tea
1 C. lemon juice
Infuse 5 minutes 1 1/2 tsp. at s. of Babouchka tea in 5 dl of boiling water.
Filter and put the infusion in a saucepan. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 15 minutes, skimming while cooking.
Take out the whites and cut them into pieces. Reduce the cooking stock a little and reserve it.
In a wok, brown the onion in a little olive oil. Add the carrots cut into small pieces. After a few moments add the broth, chopped coriander and lemon juice.
Grind the rest of the Babouchka tea and pass the powder obtained through a strainer. Put it in the carrots.
As soon as the carrots are cooked, add the chicken to reheat it.
Serve either with rice, roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes
