Very fresh green tea, Earl Green is a Chinese Sencha flavored with bergamot, the signature citrus fruit of classic Earl Grey teas. Here combined with green tea, this note of bergamot is all the more remarkable and present than in the black teas usually used. This tea is delicious both hot (infusion with water at 70 degrees) or as cold tea.
