As Easter approaches, we enthusiastically continue what has become a beautiful tradition: pairing our Matcha tea with the exceptional craftsmanship of Tristan, a renowned artisan chocolatier from our region. This year, we are proud to present an absolutely unique recipe.
Discover a chocolate bar that combines our Matcha with the crunch of sesame and the tart, salty touch of Umeboshi (a traditional Japanese plum).
On the palate, the chocolate reveals multiple facets and goes completely off the beaten path. The tasting uncovers a fascinating interplay of flavors: notes of roasted cereals and toasted sesame, magnified by a touch of salt. This boldness is perfectly balanced by the sweet and creamy softness of the chocolate, the vegetal roundness of the green tea, and a delicate fruity note brought by the plum.
A complex and fascinating creation that will undoubtedly delight curious palates and fans of Genmaicha tea!
